Extruded Porcelain Clip System with EPDM

This invisible mechanical fixing system is specifically engineered for 20 mm extruded porcelain tiles with factory-integrated, full-width edge grooves. It uses concealed stainless steel clips, anchored to a vertical aluminum substructure, to achieve a seamless, hardware-free façade surface.A key feature of the system is the continuous EPDM gasket placed inside the vertical aluminum profiles. This element prevents water ingress through vertical joints, cushions the tile edges, and reduces vibration and acoustic transfer.The system supports both horizontal and vertical tile installation, ensuring long-term structural integrity, aesthetic consistency, and ease of maintenance for ventilated façade applications.
