The Lilas Project introduces a bold architectural composition defined by
two slender towers rising in parallel. Strategically staggered and bridged
at multiple levels, the structure creates a sculptural silhouette that
reinterprets vertical living in the heart of the city.
The facade features a rhythm of warm terracotta-toned panels
alternating with reflective glazing, creating a textured pattern that shifts
with light and movement. The material palette enhances solar control
while giving the towers a warm, tactile identity within a dense urban
context.
Recessed gardens and connecting volumes at different heights provide
relief and introduce nature vertically throughout the structure. These
planted voids break the mass, allowing daylight to filter through and
creating moments of openness in an otherwise compact footprint.
Lilas stands as an urban intervention that balances density with livability
—where geometry, light, and material combine to shape a vertical
neighborhood.
